The ability to perform flexible endoscopic myotomy is an invaluable addition to the armamentarium of the practicing therapeutic gastroenterologist. This educational video program will provide a foundation for understanding the pathophysiology, tools, treatment strategies and challenges in treating patients with Zenker’s diverticulum. This focus of this video will be to emphasize an effective step-by-step technique and highlight key principles for the safe and successful treatment of Zenker’s diverticulum using flexible endoscopic myotomy.
